Fly.cool Wifi installation horrible services.

I have paid for my Wifi on the 21st May and till now I have not received any form of communication with regards to a technician to install Wifi at my premises, I have tried to reach out to the consultant who was assisting me named Yaseen other name is Mohammed to assist me or provide me with feedback but unfortunately his not answering my WhatsApp or taking my calls. I sent an email to *** to find what is happening and I have attached the correspondence and proof of payment and no one responded to my email, they don't even have a landline to call, how do you expect everything to be resolved by an AI Bot named Zoe on WhatsApp this is crazy, I have paid cause I need that Wifi for my work, imagine as a new client I get this kinda service, this is an absolute bs.
