Extremely BAD SERVICE

Very bad service and they don't care about their customers.... I have made a manual payment using their raingo app after their failed attempt... the payment is banked and showing on my statement but still no connection for the entire week.... they using the AI assist and it's really frustrating... I have trying to get help but nothing g is happening.
