Data and airtime reload

Billing cycle and sim card data - Rain sold me home WIFI for R649 this included 2 sim cards with 2G data and airtime. this agreement was on the 19th of September 2025, and my billing cycle was on the 20th. when the 20th of October the reminded me to pay my account on the 20th i did that however they now not loaded the sim cards and airtime but i make payments, i am truly not happy with this service it is expensive and all for nothing. very disappointed
