Bad customer service

Worse customer service I did ever receive in my life. Did order my wifi box on the 16th while I did place the order they already took money out of my bank account. They promised me I will receive my box in 3 working days then again 5 working days then 7 working days. Eventually today the courier guy came to my house and refused to give the box to my mom after I did write a letter to say I'm working 7 days a week so I give my mom permission to receive the box behalf of me. My mom did have her ID and my ID plus I made copies but that courier guy still refuses to give the box and was so rude to my mom. When I did phone the customer service the guy even did put the phone down in my face. So dam rude. And when I contact rain again they have a million steps to go through before they can refund me and still nothing from them.so I will never recommend them.
