Atrocious service

I have been a client for a couple of years.Today I get home after work my wifi is off.I paid them the same way I always do for these couple of years..I paid 25/07/2025..which is up to date..I contact the person that installed it..and their help desk..abo****e atrocious service.I get told my name and surname does not come up as an acount holder .but my internet still worked this morning...I told them now..this will be the last month with them..never will I recommend them
