Terrible customer service and wrong pricing ect

Prices is different from the price tags, they wont fix it and dont apologize just saying someone must have put the price there ( even if theres rows of the item). They also dont do refunds or returns, so i wanted to test the item o bought and they stared asif i was crazy, how else will i know if it works? If it doesn't work i wont get my refund so i had to. ( i paid before i tested it) i definitely don't recommend them at all. I see alot of others have also struggled with this.
