Extremely rude! An employee/owner stood shouting at me in the store in front of everyone just because i tried to return a product the very next day after purchasing. I explained that all the return requirement have been met as per their policy, but they refused to return my money. I then stipulated the consumers rights i have but was told “thats your South African law, not my law” and then humiliated in front of all the other customers by her continuing to shout at me in store. They advertise products with certain specs and then when you want to return it because it doesn't meet any of the spec you are told its cheap so don’t expect quality, in other word, they will never refund an item due to, as per their policy, quality issues. This is false adverti*****t and then a blatant infringement on my consumer right, braking the law on so many levels and above that, verbally asserting afterwards! Wont be supporting this ******** business again and will tell everyone about my experience to stay away from these ******* foreigners!
