ZERO Customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Never in my life have I dealt with such ridiculousness. I made a deposit this evening at 19:12PM. The money was deducted from my account and it's 21:07PM as I'm writing this and my money is still not reflecting. I opened 3 chats, first one was no response after waiting a long time, the second chat an actual person was available but 10 minutes after my initial message I got "Due to no response we're closing the chat" and 3rd time I waited and waited and the bot asked me "How did my chat go?" LOL what chat???? No response on Facebook either. I had issues with customer service previously and I thought I'd stick around but after this I am done with this God forsaken website.
