Not as excited as I use to be to play.
I love this site. I always have. These days it is not as hot it use to be and I am losing way more than what I am getting. Pragmatic play use to be so much fun, but now it is only taking. It feels like they want me to leave. I dont have problems here, good site, but I am considering closing my *** as I dont feel it is fair... But its great service and nice games

Hollywoodbets Continues to Reject Bank\-Authenticated Documents and Withhold My Funds**
I am genuinely at my wits' end with Hollywoodbets. I have never experienced such an exhausting, frustrating and unnecessarily complicated process just to access my own funds. My account remains restricted, and despite countless emails, repeated phone calls and numerous attempts to comply with their verification requirements, I am still no closer to a resolution. Hollywoodbets requested a bank statement reflecting the credit card transactions used to fund my account. I have explained repeatedly that my official monthly credit card statements are only generated on the 6th of each month. I specifically contacted my bank, ***, to obtain an interim statement covering the relevant transactions. The bank provided me with an electronically stamped transaction history, which is the authenticated interim documentation available for that period. THIS IS NOT SIMPLY A TRANSACTION HISTORY DOWNLOADED FROM MY BANKING APP. IT IS AN ELECTRONICALLY STAMPED DOCUMENT PROVIDED BY MY BANK. I have submitted this document to Hollywoodbets. I have even provided screenshots of correspondence from *** confirming the documentation issued to me. Yet Hollywoodbets continues to reject it as insufficient and has now informed me that my query has been placed on hold. I am beginning to question whether anyone is actually reviewing the documents I submit or whether they are simply seeing the words "Transaction History" and automatically rejecting the document without considering its electronic authentication. What exactly am I supposed to do? Am I expected to manufacture a bank statement that has not yet been generated? Am I supposed to force my bank to issue a different document when it has already provided an electronically authenticated interim record? I fully understand that financial institutions and gambling operators have verification obligations. I am not refusing to comply. On the contrary, I have gone out of my way to cooperate with every request. However, there is a difference between conducting legitimate verification checks and repeatedly rejecting documentation without providing a clear, reasonable explanation or a practical alternative. POOR customer service from Hollywoodbets ...my account has been locked for about 2 weeks...they keep saying that my account is now active again ...while it's not ..i can't even get into my hollywood account..i am blocked from the Hollywoodbets net...no HELP at all from Hollywoodbets at all...and ever since my last review is my account locked..you review Hollywood then bam suddenly you are blocked...
