You should be ashamed of yourselfs

Been playing for over a year so very disappointed i loaded money and it has been deducted from my bank but not loaded i tried the chat bot i tried to email i sent screenshots and proof of everything but all i get is auto response.

I will say they pay ok once every 3 months or so ive never won a jackpot ot even won big on lucky numbers. I would not recommend even their servers are always faulty especially on Jackpot nights i am truly disgusted that such a big company can care so little or rather not care about customers at all. You should be ashamed of yourselfs
