Extremely Disappointed — I Want Answers

I have been using Hollywoodbets for some time, and honestly, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I seem to be losing constantly, and I cannot remember the last time I had a meaningful win — I have not even managed to win over R1,000.

What concerns me even more is that I have contacted Hollywoodbets many times regarding my concerns, yet I have never received a proper response or explanation.

I find it very strange and frustrating that I appear to be losing so consistently without ever seeing a significant payout. I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing — I am asking for transparency and an explanation.

Hollywoodbets, you have access to my complete betting and payout history. Please look at my account, review my payouts and losses, and explain to me what you see. If everything is fair and operating as it should, then I expect you to be able to provide a clear response.

Ignoring customers who raise genuine concerns is not acceptable.
