*******, YOU GUYS STOLE MY MONEY

Hollywood bets are *****s I made a peach card payment of R1000 on the 14th of December they took my money however the portal did not reflect the funds in my betting account a reference number was also not generated, I was told I will be refunded between 24-48hrs on Monday,as they are aware of the problem. No one updates me, everytime I follow up I am told to give it time. I want my money stop avoiding fixing the problem and lying everytime I enquire, this is the 2nd time this happens, the firt time I let it go because it was R50,. R1000 is too much to geve away, I would rather loose that money betting than you people *****ing worse you have no customer service, if I was the one owing , you would make sure to retieve your funds.
