You are playing to many vouchers

I have had it with Hollywoodbets. Since last year September I've tried to find out what is wrong with my account. I was playing on Spina zonke when I was kicked out of the site and was told user no longer exists.

When I queried they told me I am loading toa many top up vouchers and have to give a bank statement of where I'm buying the vouchers. That would not be a problem but my bank (spot money) does not give bank statements yet I have almost R1000 in my Hollywoodbets account. Please help
