Worst service, zero stars if it was possible
I've had the same problem again last night, I made a withdrawal, didn't receive a confirmation email and waited from 9pm right up till almost midnight to speak to someone on the chat but had no response. What type of service is this, seems like the staff are *********** and Hollywood is really looking into this
