Worst service ever..terrible from Owen heffers team

These guys are really terrible I don't understand how Owen heffer has a team that is so ***********...his call center team are really really poor..then I get this guy named Vizkhungo..call me apologizing saying he sorted my problem out..my money will be reversed back into my account.. then a team leader named innocent says he apologises but will sort my problem out ..which none of them has done..so how can I blame the junior staff if the leaders are ***********..Nathan a team leader cut the call on me..call center staff says me to wait on the line then cuts the call on me.. what us going on Owen heffer..Owen plz bro tell ur team to stop disrespecting us..we not gools remember that..
