WORST SERVICE EVER WITH A RUDE TEAM LEADER

They are thw worst and dont care, they take money and when having to pay they dont, I have been querying a payment from Monday to date, its been 5 days, with more than 5 calls a day, I have spent so much money on calls cause they even put me hold for long, calls end up being more than 30mins long, and thats numerous times a day, who is gonna replace that money, today I was given a POP and told go query with your bank... these are the worst, no customer service at all
