Worst Service Ever!

I submitted FICA documents via a consultant at Gateway on Sunday - 03.07.22. I was advised that I would get an sms in an hour and i can withdraw. By Monday i still hadn't received any sms. I submitted my documents on Tuesday again. Still no sms. Called the call center and no answer. U submitted again on Thursday. I commented on a post on Friday. I sent an inbox message on Facebook on Friday as well

A WHOLE WEEK LATER AND NO RESPONSE! PATHETIC SERVICE. A ****!!!
