Worst service

I put in a voucher and it said it was invalid so I went to the store I bought the voucher from and they have checked and said it was used, what I no is that it did not reflect into my account and I haven't used it and they did not help me, please help because they do not no service. Hollywood bets must rectify this.. We spend so much money and we still dot get good service
