WORST PAYMENT PROCCESS EVER!!

I had the misfortune of not once but twice having issues with withdrawals from hollywoodbets.

The first was the refer a friend promotion. I had to wait 4 days before the money reflected in my hollywoodbets account.

Yesterday I did an ewallet withdrawal, I waited and waited, no money, reached out and I was advised it would take 24hrs.

The point of ewallet is immediate access, and if the bank has an issue with its services how does that become your customers problem?

I reached out to the support also asked to chat to a supervisor as well as a manager.

The best I could receive was sorry the money will be in your HWB account in 24 to 48hrs here's the number to contact management. It's been escalated to the withdrawal team. I must wait for feedback.

HOW AM I BEING TOLD TO WAIT WHEN MY ISSUE WAS THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMETHING THAT IS AN IMMEDIATE TRANSACTION???

This is exactly why I recommended to others that they use other platforms such as Betway.

I am extremely underwhelmed by the level of service and how easily this company would step out of the water and pass the buck rather then jist creating a immediate resolution when a client has asked directly for one.
