I think I am now done with Hollywoodbets. I suggest using some other platform like betway or hollywoodbets local branch because their online presence is abysmal. A lot of people complaining about issues with deposits, customer service not responding and just a lot of issues with hollywoodbets online in general. I have been waiting more than 2 days for FICA verification even though their selfservice website says within the hour you will receive an SMS. You wait forever to get through to someone on the phone, say bye to your airtime. Their chat support is non-existent and the online customer service is just poor overall. Deserves a 0 star honestly.
