Worst of the worst

I'm really appalled with the terrible customer service I've received from hollywoodbets! You want to chat with a consultant they tell you 5min waiting time yet an hour later you are still hanging. I want to withdraw my winnings but I now have to send selfie identification because I changed my cell number?? Why on earth is that option available in the first place then? And there is no assistance as to how to upload this identification since I am already fica'd! ****! I email you people and all I get is tickets. This pathetic to say the least. I worst online casino experience by far. 😠
