Worst live chat service...simply becaus no agent ever come online to assist you!!!!!

I made an instant withdrawal last night after 7 I still didn't get any pin or voucher no....I went on their chat service and I must say it the worst service ever either the consultants are very unfriendly or u wait for hours to come online to top it all of then their consultants would just and chats without asking if u need any further assistance.....worst customer service indeed!!!!!
