Worst experience ever!
Their platform allows me to bet and when I won I was told that I am not fica compliant, been trying to do fica in their self service platform and is not working, so I was told to go do a new ID in order to be able to withdraw my winnings, but the very same system allows you to deposit and bet, when you lose that take your money, when you win you can't withdraw so my winnings are stuck in the account. This is extremely *********** and down right pathetic!! Why can they not do a manual fica it their broken service doesn't work, I even went to the branch, no one could help me. Worst EVER, STAY AWAY FROM HOLLYWOODBETS!!
