Worst experience

I had a terrible first time experience. Upon trying to create a account, the web page showed that there is an existing account created, I never before created an account with Hollywoodbets. I then called in to find out and they said an account was created in 2019. I asked for details of the account like a phone number or email linked to the account, however they did not want to disclose that. The call centre team they have is pathetic and lack patience, respect and not a single bit friendly or helpful, both agent and manager spoke over me a number times, even after asking the manager not to speak over me. The manager advised that they're based in a branch in Umhlanga and her name was Fathima Allie. Having speak to leaders like that is a complete put off in doing business with the company and with no proper verification back in 2019 as they say is the cause to the illegitimate account. They should have done something to protect others that may have been affected, however I will be reporting the lack of responsibility taken with the handling of personal details of customers.
