Worst experience

Opened up an account with Hollywpod and needless to say this was the worst and most frustrating betting experience of my life.

My withdrawals kept beinf rejected as they said it was a withdrawal on a deposit. However I won R450 on horse racing and over R1450 on slots Habenero. I requested a withdrawal for R1500 but it was rejected.

I then phoned hollywood and they said i can make my withdrawal at a branch. I drove all the way to Springfield branch to be told its a withdrawal on my deposit. I explained i won in horseracing and slots for over 1900 but they insisted I never even though I can see clearly on my profile what I won. They only paid me 900 and said I have to take bets with my other 1000 before i can with draw. I wanted to draw all my money cause i was done taking bets and needed the money. So i was forced to spend my balance in the account whixh i lost when i could have just withdrawn it.

This is a **** and not acceptable. I lost my balance in my hollywood because i was forced to take more bets befpre a withdrawal
