Worst experience

I called in number of times and spoke via online support I have requested that my money be reversed back to Hollywood bets app as I did ewallet to incorrect cell number.I have updated my phone number and awaiting reversal have been calling for 4 days now and when ever I call there is no notes for the agent to read my complaint and say the last agent did not process reversal I am going in circles for my own money and when I call they ask for ticket number but never provided me with one worst experience ever my entire family spend a lot of money with Hollywood
