Keep in mind I was told the same thing yesterday, and therefore resent the docs now im being told the same thing, today! but him/her says cant view docs it gets view by supervisor. I can understand that however why would you then start by telling its unclear yet you cant view. Im confused. How many times must I resend my personal info bcs Im not being advised correctly. Where are all these docs going? Does it get destroyed? what happens to my info that Im resending everytime bcs the chat assistant is giving me misleading info! I would to take this matter further
