Worst Deposit center

I have made several deposits through standard and nedbank for my Hollywood account, account number ***, I even sent an email to deposit center but still my money is not reflecting, I was told that standard bank system on their side is not responding but to my suprise even Nedbank does the same thing which is absolutely unacceptable
