Worst customer support!

Customer service is extremely pathetic! I've been told to send a statement but no feedback received Tried calling the call centre but there's never an answer I've tried chatting numerous times and there's always a queue eventually the chat window disappears and I have to start all over! Guess it's really just a ****!!!!!!!
