Worst customer service with foreigners

I sign up before 4 days I uploaded my documents to FICA website and to the help line they didn't verify me I bought there vouchers to play but everyone I talk to in customer service liying on me they said to me 1 hour u gonna be verified after one hour other lady said to me 48 hours OMG they are liyres it's worst casino ever I couldn't even to log in I sent the my passport more than 50 time and when I call again they ask again please be careful
