Worst customer service
Their recent conduct does not even deserve that 1 Star even zero would be a better rating, that is how low customer service has dropped at Hollywoodbets. They resulted my ticket wrong and after countless emails and hours waiting on live chat they finally settled the ticket four days later. After that I thought maybe now things will get back to normal, nope they've done it again this time they didn't even settle it they just left it pending for over a day after the game. My advice to anyone reading this is to avoid Hollywoodbets for now until they get their things together and if you don't believe me try contacting them on live chat and see how long you will wait, I've literarily waited for over an hour and I have screenshots to prove it. Hollywoodbets used to be the best it's only now that I have to contact Hollywoodbets everything used to run smoothly,
