Worst customer service

To date i haven't had muxh bad experience until yesterday.i have been a customer for a while but really the customer service is very poor.

My complaint is regarding a glitch that I experienced while playing a game called sweet alchemy.after winning within a trigger and then proceeding to go and withdraw those winnings all record of the transaction seems to have vanished .

I lodged a complaint and I am yet to have feedback.all they tell me is please come back in 4 hours since I logged the complaint.so dissapointed
