Worst customer service

I am so tired of this company. Please just give me my R200 and let me close this account .From saturday i am trying to get my money back. I made two deposit for R200 (12.36 am)and i only received one It is now tusday,when will i receive my money i sent over 20 emails now . Please see my bank statement attached and a screen shot of the deposit sms i have received . If you can help me please tell your manager to call me .
