Worst customer service

I have made altogether 5 withdrawals on the 25th and 26th of August and after 1 week I have only been paid for 3 withdrawals and 2 have not been paid. I have send numerous emails to support and every email that they send back asks for my bank statement which I send about 5 times in a day and u never ever get feedback or know what's going on. The support from zamangwane and lungani is terrible. Only wants my bank statement but does nothing with it. I have over 20 reference numbers and it stops there. Are they that lazy to do they job
