Worst company in sa

Terrible customer experience i have ever received from a company . For something that seems so easy to sort out no one at Hollywoodbets can assist me .I did a instant mony withdrawal for my mother on the 2nd of July. We only received the pin code and not the voucher number. I have phoned and emailed so many times I have lost count . I have been to the Hollywoodbets branch in isipingo , they called the call center and still the same bad service. It now the 18th of July and my mother still hasn't received her R600. I even told them to reverse the money back to her account and still nothing . Now i have wasted my time , petrol and my mothers time taking her all over trying to get this money .
