Worst Bunny ever!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my family's recent experience at Hollywood in Phoenix Plaza on November 15, 2025.

After waiting for 20 minutes, our meals arrived, but unfortunately, the bunnies were extremely cold, as though they had just been taken out of the fridge. We alerted our waiter, who promptly took the meals back. However, when they returned, they were drenched in oil, and the meat was excessively tough. The curry powder was undercooked, resulting in a burning sensation in our mouths with no flavor whatsoever.

Regrettably, our experience did not end there. We all suffered from stomach issues following our meal, leading to vomiting, and we have only just begun to recover today, November 18, 2025.

This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of your meals and service.
