Worst betting site

@Hollywoodbets are absolutely the worst. After making a Absa cashsend withdrawal on the 15th of May I did not receive my withdrawal nr. I've received the email stating withdrawal request receive and the withdrawal amount was deducted from my play credit. On the 16th of May I made an instant money withdrawal which I've received. Almost a month later after contacting on various platforms HB is saying they reverse the Absa withdrawal money back into my playcredits. This is absolutely not true!!! Now I'm waiting for the IT department to give the transcripts of my transaction which according to HW agents shows the money was reversed... Why the hell would they reverse the money without me requesting a reversal of the withdrawal?????? This is total BS I know exactly how much credit I had after making the withdraw. I'm 100%certain the "evidence" from the transcripts will disadvantage me as this betting site is a s**m. In the 1st place there were no technical problems while I was playing the game so FOR WHAT REASON DID THEY FEEL THAT THE MONEY SHOULD JUST BE REVERSE ?.??? Use other betting sites people you are surely gonna loose if you continue betting on their platform.
