Worst betting experience ever

The worst experience ever with Hollywood bets system, I made a bet on the 2nd July 2024, the race was supposed to be for the 4th, each time when results need come out, they now change bet date to each day, meaning it's no longer for 4th, it was for the 6th, today it changed again it says for the 7th, reached out to chat operators 3 of them not able to assist, went facebook page still no one help, I've send an email, all this customer support agents tells me my query was escalated to relavant department
