Worst betting company to deal with!

I'm deeply disappointed with this company. I placed two winning live bets that are still showing as "Active," and despite escalating the issue to their support team on the 20th, it remains unresolved. Their responses have been incredibly poor. For a company as large as Hollywood to show such little regard for their clients speaks volumes about their lack of service delivery. It’s frustrating, and my next step is to contact the gambling board.
