Worst amd ****iest service ever

I made a withdraw fr9m my account off R 5000 which i won on the 15th off March already . Up to today i have not received my money from them . When i called in most likely around 6 times already and after sending about 25 emails they never came back to me amd when someone eventually helped me said thst they paid the money out into my account the same day . They then wanted my bankstatements which i semd to them which shows that no money came through on my account . I have been waiting now for about a week again after they told me they will investigate the matter . This is the worst and ****tiest place to put a query in . 25 emails nobody rep**** how many calls and one person rep**** . Please dont play casino games on this online casino the worst amd badest service ever will not recomend this site to anyone .
