Worst after sales ever, full of empty promises and lies hi

Aftersales is the worst !!!! I bought a X2 R20. Vouchers almost a week ago now and the voucher didn't load on my Hollywoodbet account. I called in immediately, and ever since I have been given empty promises, And it just seems they like to pass the buck onto their voucher department which you cannot speak to. so every time I have called in for a follow up because I don't hear back from them at all. But they are too happy to take my tens of thousands I spend a month with Hollywoodbets. This is absolutely ridiculous... I'm very disappointed
