Worse worse service ever

Iyoooooo never been so frustrated and disappointed like this. On the 17th March 23 made a withdrawal using their Cash send option and with their empty promises and incompetence I have surely spend more than the amount I was withdrawing from calling, emailing with no response or being misslead.
