Worse Site ever, where feedback and refunds are concern

Money disappeared from account, I show Screen shot to consultants when I call, cause they always ask proof,but promise feedback in 2 days, it's 4months no answers. They give me a Ref nr, when I call back they say ref number don't belong to my case, it's some other clients Ref number, and remember this a supervisor gave this. I call in tell them I'm playing avaitor, and avaitor taking my bets and not refunding me, tell them I'm not even placing a bet but avaitor taking my money, they say I should take screenshot and sent to them and will sort out PROBLEM ASAP, I sent them Jan more than 20 screenshot, of avaitor taking my money explaining everything, the consultant tells me not to worry, she know the problem/situation I must sent screenshot and not explain, cause she knows already and will solve problem, but what I done was sent screenshot, of bet history and told them exactly which bets must be refunded and which bets wasn't placed, Jistee to my surprise they ask for more information on problem, it's self explanatory email, I'm like everything there, can't explain more than that.They sent so much emails asking for information, when there is nothing more to give but the same answer as before, emails gets so tiring that you eventually lose interest in the money, and call it a loss. It's just one of Hollywood strategies to make you forget about your money and lose interest.

So I decide to ban and close my account with Hollywood,so I called in and told them never to ever open account again, Consultant ask problem, I explained him everything, he said sir I will get back to you ASAP. Im still waiting, he said it's not fair Blah blah blah.. Like they all say, they will get your refund and pay you.. I'm still waiting.
