Won on slots. Due to technical error no payout!!!!
I won twice on the Joker slot game.the first time was R300 and something and the second time I went to play I won R112. I took a screenshot of the second win. There are no tickets in the history even showing these wins and my balance never got updated. While it went to respin it gave a technical error as said reload. Shows my winning but doesn't update. Now your consultant wants a ticket number from me which your system is not even showing. So this is how hollywoodbets.net rob people. Technical error then the ticket dies not update and we not paid

It then shows your winnings and goes back to the game but does not update the balance with the winnings and does not even report it on the tickets.so how am I supposed to to prove anything if your game does this.
Please test it until it goes to respond. I am not lying. I want my winnings or the money refunded that I played with. You can see exact how much I deposited and played
