Withholding of money.

There was a problem I picked up in one the games I was playing where my winnings were not recharged in my account. It happened about 4-5 time until I realized and took a screenshot of the incident and forward it to there customer services. They are truly incompant bunch of fools who does not respond to emails. I have been waiting for more than a week with no possible outcome, they are withholding my money without a valid reason. I would like to claim interest if this is not resolved in my favor.
