Withdrwal

Hello Peter hope u doing well. I put in complain about an ewallet withdrawal on the 15 June 2022 of R750. my account ***, The withdrawal supervisor came back with an message that the money from their side has been paid and FNB must make an reversal but to date nothing has been paid back to me. On the 15 June 2022 there was no sms send to me about me withdrawal into my ewallet account and I even asked them for proof of payment into ewallet and proof of the sms send to me on the 15 June 2022. They are not resolving my problem and there service is very poor. Can you please help me in this regard.
