Withdrawals not received.

I made 2 withdrawals on Friday of R500 and R200. I only received R200. Till today the R500 has not come through. I used cash send as a withdrawal medium. Please send me my money I really need it. I have tried to send emails to withdrawals team but no response, when I tried chat, I stay on a queue from 70 and when it reaches like 14 it gets cut off, tried this several times not sure if the cut off is intentional. You guys used to be good off late the service is so bad, what's going on? When the company becomes too big, it forgets who put it there, if u continue like this, that will be your biggest downfall and no one to blame but yourselves. Provide good service to people that's all I ask.
