Withdrawals hollywoosbets

Hi tried to withdraw money from my account but did not receive the eft so I called and emailed and escalated my query no one responded to my query or even gave me feedback i called on eight different occasions using a fair amount of air time my account was handled by a call centre agent who kept escalating and asking a supervisor to call me back but no one did a guy at the call centre by the name of Bherngani apparently a supervisorvsau d he would call me back but never did I kept calling and no one responded to me via email or telecon the small amounts I withdrew after the big amounts came through but the big amounts never did and no one even bothers to help even after atleast after 8 to 10 calls and escalation the service is appalling and that's putting it mildly
