Withdrawals department is absolutely pathetic

Somewhere along the line this organization has allowed their service to slip. I've been a client to them for around 4 years and their service when it came to Withdrawals has been nothing short of outstanding, however over the recent months they are slacking below the rest of the betting organizations out there, their withdrawal Supervisors do not respond to emails , their Helpline is no help. In the past their Withdrawals should take nothing less than 2 hours. I will not be using this site again and to my fellow punters if you're reading this, you should move away and stop supporting such a non customer oriented organization.
