Withdrawals customer support sucks

I recently did the withdrawals of my winning and I didn't got my PIN for standard bank voucher .

The contact center is useless no one pick up the phone . Email are pilling up .

I'm very disappointing at them this is an first experience ....so pickup your customer services contact channels , it's really frustrating experience and soon I will look at other alternatives,
